KELLY & KATE’S WILD, WILD, WILD, NIGHT OUT
Supermodel Kate Moss and rock royalty Kelly Osbourne seemed like they had something to celebrate last night. The two started off the night all fresh and clean and ended up looking like two junk yard cats after a fight. The night started off with good clean fun, when Kelly walked the red carpet at the NME awards looking like a vision in sparkles with a black miniskirt, silver top, boots and a blazer. Things quickly turned debaucherous, however. Kelly shared a table with fellow rock spawn Kimberly Stewart and according to a report in London’s Daily Mail, Kelly fired back at NME host James Corden after he introduced her as “the queen of hanging with the bands,” a name that did not sit well with Kelly, who rifled back, “Go f*** your mother, Mr. Queen of hanging with the bands.”
Kelly also expressed disappointment in her pal Amy Winehouse’s nomination for Villian of the Year, saying, “I think it’s unfair to knock someone when they’re down.”

AMY WINEHOUSE IS IN THE CLEAR
Singer Amy Winehouse was cleared today of charges that she tampered with witnesses in a criminal case regarding her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.
"Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her," said her spokesman, Chris Goodman, in a prepared statement.
Amy was arrested in December after being questioned about conspiring with her hubby about how to deal with an assault charge against him stemming from when Blake attacked a pub landlord, but officials from Scotland Yard made it clear today that she was no longer part of the case.
Meanwhile, Blake appeared in court today to enter a plea in the case. During the hearing, he spoke only to confirm his name and plead not guilty. Amy wasn't in court. Blake is due to appear in court again in April.

BRITNEY HOUSE SHOPPING?
After numerous complaints from neighbors, it looks like Britney Spears is shopping for a new house. Britney has been seen driving to a house on Mountain Crest Lane in the posh neighborhood of Brentwood. Her dad Jamie has also been spotted at the house meeting with someone reported to be a real estate agent. It is unclear if Spears is looking to purchase the home for herself or her pops. Or she may just be killing time. Her parents have been trying to keep her busy with different projects. Maybe buying a house is just another attempt at getting Brits life back together. NAOMI’S CHOCHA IN NEED OF UPGRADE
Sources close to the supermodel tell DIRTY-TRUTH that it was not a cyst that the model had removed but rather Naomi’s VAJAYJAY that needed work. The Communist supermodel checked into Sirio Libanes Hospital, where she reportedly underwent four-and-a-half hours of surgery. It is anyone’s guess what Naomi actually had done to her LOVEFLOWER. Rejuvenation, Exploration, Excavation, only time will tell. Maybe Naomi just wanted a more youthful SPIDER between her legs. Hey a girl has the right to tighten up her OLD PUSSY if she wants to. BRITNEY’S HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION CONFIRMED
Eonline is two steps behind DIRTY-TRUTH. At least when it comes to the Britney Spears homicide investigation. We here at DIRTY-TRUTH reported a few days ago that the LAPD was investigating the drugging allegations set forth by Britney’s mother Lynn and that said investigation was being handled by the homicide division. EONLINE and the LAPD have now confirmed the investigation. In a statement to the entertainment news network the Robbery-Homicide division's Captain Kyle Jackson said "The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated," The possible investigation stems from comments made by Mama Spears in court documents filed in conjunction with the family's request for a temporary restraining order against the singer's former manager, Sam Lutfi, on Feb. 1, in which she proved far less concerned for discretion than the LAPD.
In her affidavit accompanying the request for the order, Lynne alleged, point-blank, "Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney."
She went on to claim that Lutfi even boasted to her directly that he ground up pills, among them Risperdal and Seroquel, and put them in Britney's food. It sure does look like Sam has some explaining to do.

JACKO LOSES NEVERLAND
Michael Jackson's Neverland estate is being foreclosed and if you're in the market for a 2800 acre property with a zoo and amusement park, then you might just be in luck!
Jackson received word Monday, from his title company, that unless he pays off $24,525,906.61 by March 19, his house will be on the auction block on that day!
All personal effects inside the estate will be included in the sale.
But Jacko hasn't been there since June 30, 2005, according to FoxNews.com so maybe he'll just let it go!
A word of warning to Brit ... mismanage your finances (or allow someone to mismanage them for you) and you could end up like Jackson! His song publishing interests (his own music and the Beatles catalogue) are leveraged into the next millennium and now no home?! Tough break, Jacko!
MISCHA BARTON CHARGED
Mischa Barton was formally charged Tuesday with misdemeanor DUI and pot possession in connection with her December arrest in West Hollywood following a traffic stop.
Per court documents, she is facing a count apiece of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while having a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, driving without a valid license and possession of 28.5 grams or less of marijuana.The former OC star was busted Dec. 27 shortly before 3 a.m., when police pulled her over after spotting her white Range Rover straddling two lanes. She then failed to signal before making a left turn, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Barton was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station and released at 10:10 a.m. later that morning after posting $10,000 bail.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced the individuals who will be inducting this year's honorees at the Mar. 10 ceremony. Madonna will be inducted by Justin Timberlake; Leonard Cohen will be inducted by Lou Reed; the Dave Clark Five will be inducted by Tom Hanks; John Mellencamp will be inducted by Billy Joel; Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff will be inducted by Jerry Butler; the Ventures will be inducted by John Fogerty; and Little Walter will be inducted by Ben Harper.

NAOMI CAMPBELL HOSPITALIZED
According to her publicist Naomi Campbell was hospitalized in Sao Paolo to "have a cyst removed,", in a statement to reporters, Naomi’s publicist said, "Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work. She would like to thank the doctors who have kindly looked after her."
The 37-year-old supermodel is at the Sirio Libanes Hospital, where she reportedly underwent four-and-a-half hours of surgery. Sky News is reporting that she is under the care of an insectologist, as well as infectious disease specialist Dr. David Uip, who performed the surgery and said, "She is in my care and that of Professor (Jose Aristodemo) Pinotti, but she did not authorize us to comment on the matter."
Naomi was in the country earlier this month for the Carnival celebration, where she met Brazilian billionaire Marcus Elias.
There will be no wedding bells in the future for Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge. Although this week’s People magazine reported that the parents-to-be are planning a summer wedding, Spears family sources says that the family is vehemently opposed to the idea.
“Her dad, Jamie, does not want the wedding and neither does Britney,” a family insider told PageSix.com. “Jamie thinks she is too young. Her mom, Lynne, is stressed out about the whole thing.”

MADONNA REPORTS FOR JURY DUTY
Forget the late night partying. Madonna may have been up past 4 a.m. this morning rubbing shoulders with the likes of Demi Moore and Tom Cruise at her exclusive Oscar after-party at Guy Oseary's Beverly Hills home. But a few hours later, she was chilling with a different crowd: The Material Girl, 49, is on jury duty.
Clad in a brown Juicy Couture sweat suit over an Ed Hardy shirt, she arrived at the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning. She downed an omelet for breakfast, says a source. Madonna was overheard saying she "got three hours of sleep last night," But the Material Girl was still awake and ready to serve. Now you know Madge is getting on in years and the elderly need their sleep. Thank God our girl takes good care of herself.
PARIS SCORES HER OWN MADDEN BOY
It looks like Pairs is taking a cue from her BFF Nicole Ritchie. As we all know by now Nicole and Joel Madden are engaged and the proud parents of a baby girl, and now it seems Paris wants her own Madden boy to make babies with. THE OSCARS ARE A RATINGS DUD.
The 80th annual Academy Awards received the lowest rating in the show’s history. According to Nielsen Media Research the 80th annual Academy Awards telecast the least-watched ceremony ever. The show had a 21.9 rating and 33 share. The overnight ratings are also 21 percent lower than last year, when "The Departed" was named best picture.

MARLEY AND ME TO FILM IN MIAMI
Marley and Me, a bestselling memoir by John Grogan all about his spirited Labrador retriever Marley will begin filming in Miami March 9th. The feature film will star Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson.
What's it about?
"Marley is the yellow lab adopted by Grogan, a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and his wife. Their idea was to give them a taste of parenthood, but the dog proved to be a hyperactive handful. He wreaks havoc, gets kicked out of obedience school and gets even worse when the children begin to arrive, yet becomes an indispensable part of the family."

OSCAR NIGHT
Stars, Glamour, Pregnant woman in expensive gowns and even Garry Busey couldn’t help the Academy Awards turn in an interesting show. In what had to be one of the most boring telecast yet, The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science handed out it’s annual awards to some of Hollywood’s finest actors. The 3 plus hour telecast was void of the fun and excitement we have come to expect from the OSCARS. If this was Hollywood’s biggest party then I’m glad I stayed home. John Stewart did manage to keep the show moving but the problem came in the fact that there really were no real surprises. With the exception of the Best Supporting Actress race all other awards went to exactly who we all thought would get them.
Unless you have been living under a rock or are one of those lucky few who actually have a life, you know that NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN was the front runner for best picture and that JAVIER BARDEM was distant to win the Best Supporting Actor award. Along with best pic NO COUNTRY also took home Best Director for the COEN brothers and Best Adapted Screenplay.
DANIEL DAY LEWIS won Best Actor for THERE WILL BE BLOOD and MARION COTILLARD won Best Actress for her transforming performance as Edith Piaf in LA VIAN ROSE. The one surprise of the evening was TILDA SWINTON taking the Best Supporting Actress award for MICHAEL CLAYTON. All bets were on KATE BLANCHET.
The real excitement happened on the red carpet when GARRY BUESY bum-rushed RYAN SEACREST and interrupted his interview with JENNIFER GARNER. "You! I've been looking for you for years." yelled BUESY to SEACREST before grabbing GARNER and kissing her on the neck. GARNER was stunned and I am not sure she even knew who BUESY was. Watch this:
The red carpet was full of Glamour’s women, looking there best and even that was a little boring. Who wants to watch STARS looking good. Give me CHER and BJORK any time. Everyone was so well put together that I was left hoping that someone’s dress would catch on fire or that the rain would leave tinsel town looking like a wet T-Shirt contest. But even the rain let me down. Here are some pics of the big event.
The parties had a little more going on than the actual ceremony. The post-Oscar party scene is already in full swing, especially at ELTON JOHN’S viewing party and after-fete in West Hollywood. Sitting at Sir Elton's table are ELLEN DEGENERES, PORTIA DE ROSSI JOSH GROBAN, BILLY JOEL, SHARON STONE, MARY J. BLIGE, DONNA KARAN and agent ED LIMATO.
But the real couple getting attention was SEAN PENN and model PETRA NEMCOVA. PENN had his arm around her was whispering in her ear.
I'm told the two were a surprise even for organizers. Apparently, no one knew they'd be arm in arm at the bash. "They arrived together, and are definitely together together," an insider told me.Here are some pics from the night's big parties.
And that does it for the 80th anniversary of the Academy Awards. I hope next year brings us a more interesting show to watch and a few more scandalous stories to tell.
